Shipping policy
Order Processing Time:
We process orders Monday to Saturday. Our handling time is 1–4 business days. This period starts once your order is placed, and ends when it is prepared for shipment and handed over to the carrier.
Delivery Time:
After your order ships, it will generally arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method and destination. Express services often deliver to the UK within this window.
Total Estimated Delivery Time:
Considering both handling and delivery, most orders to the the United Kingdom will arrive within 3–11 business days.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your order on our website or via the Shop app by Shopify (https://shop.app/).
Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no additional fees.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and adjust your order accordingly. For inquiries, please contact us at help@trovehouse.shop.
Changing Your Shipping Address:
You can request a shipping address change only before your order has shipped. Contact us at help@trovehouse.shop to update your address.
Shipping to Different Addresses:
You may choose to ship your order to a different address from your billing address. Just ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order. Once shipped, we can no longer change the address.
Shipping Process:
Orders are shipped on business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
To request an order cancellation or change, please email us with your order number or username within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.
Customs & Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local jurisdiction (e.g., sales tax, VAT, or tariffs).
